Our Delivery Service
At checkout you can choose your delivery service. The options are 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For, or courier service via UPS. The system will show you the available services based on the size and weight of your order. The delivery will require a signature, therefore we kindly ask that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.
If you purchase any Gift Wrapping Paper, we must ship as a Royal Mail Medium Parcel due to the size and to ensure we can ship without folding the papers…

Next Day Delivery and orders over 2kg (UPS) up to 20kg £10.95
Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday, whichever service is selected…
We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 28 days of receipt in an unused condition. Please see below for full terms and conditions.
There are a number of ways that products can be returned to us. If you are returning a product, please make sure that you complete the returns form on your delivery note and place it inside the box you are returning.
Products returned to us must be in a re-saleable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with all labels attached.
With the exception of faulty goods, Love Vivid are not responsible for the cost of returning products to us. We always advise that you obtain a certificate of postage.
Please allow us up to 5 working days from receipt for your return to be processed.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us within 28 days of receipt by phone or email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
RETURNING A PRODUCT USING ROYAL MAIL
In your delivery you will find a returns label, you will need to include your Invoice Number on this label and stick the label on the box you are returning. Once this is complete you may then take the box to the post office and pay the required returns amount. We kindly request that you ensure that any returned products are well protected and packed for posting, and we always advise obtaining proof of postage.

We take great care throughout the production and delivery of your order. From time to time some issues may occur.
