Our Delivery Service

At checkout you can choose your delivery service. The options are 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed For, or courier service via UPS. The system will show you the available services based on the size and weight of your order. The delivery will require a signature, therefore we kindly ask that you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

We ship all Gift Wrapping Paper rolled, to avoid folding and creasing. Wrapping Papers are sent by Royal Mail Medium Parcels or UPS Courier, unless they are part of a larger order.

Medium Parcel Delivery (Royal Mail Signed For) up to 2kg £5.95

2-3 working days

Next Day Delivery and orders over 2kg (UPS) up to 20kg £10.95

Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm will arrive next day

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday, whichever service is selected. We do not deliver on Saturday/Sundays…

Returning a Product Using Royal Mail

Please click to download your Returns Note. Please print off the Sheet and fill out the Returns Note and place inside your parcel. This will help us identify your order and process your return in a timely manner.

Then attach the Return Address Label to the outside of your parcel. We suggest that you obtain a certificate of postage to be able to trace the safe return of your goods.

Incomplete Orders

Faulty Or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by phone or email and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement.
